CAD,
Conceptual Design,
Product Design.
One day, I was taking shots of a product for a case study when I realised props were needed to to add some depth. To my dismay, I quickly realised that things were expensive, and designs rarely differed.
So I decided to make my own. With a crash course in CAD and a few hours of prototyping, I developed my first set, saved $70, and learned a precious skill. After a few hours of printing, the props were ready to go, and my case study never looked better.
I’m currently building a machine that can convert used plastic bottles into usable production material for 3D printing to eliminate waste. Keep posted for further updates.
